Mahmut Usta Yedek Parca supplies seals and gaskets for construction, mining and industrial machines working in heavy duty conditions. Sealing components hold working pressure, prevent oil and fuel leakage and keep dirt and water out of the assemblies they protect. A single failed seal stops a machine as effectively as a failed pump, so parts are identified by OEM number against the machine model and the operating conditions.

^{Hydraulic cylinder seal kits and rebuild kits}

A hydraulic cylinder seal kit contains the complete set of sealing parts for one cylinder: piston seals, rod seals, wipers, guide rings, wear rings and o-rings. We supply seal kits, repair kits and rebuild kits for boom, stick, bucket, blade, swing and outrigger cylinders on excavators, backhoe loaders, wheel loaders and dozers. Kits are selected by rod diameter, bore diameter and machine model, or directly from the OEM cylinder number. Hydraulic cylinder seal kits are supplied for Caterpillar, Komatsu, Volvo, JCB, Hitachi, Hidromek, Terex, Case, New Holland, Hyundai, Doosan and Liebherr machines. Case backhoe seal kits are available for the 580, 580C, 580K and 580 Super E series, and equivalent model based kits are available for the other brands we cover.

^{Duo cone seals and metal face seals}

A duo cone seal, also called a floating or metal face seal, works in the dirtiest assemblies on the machine: final drives, travel motors, track rollers, carrier rollers, idlers and wheel hubs. Two metal rings are pressed together by rubber energiser rings and hold oil in the assembly while running in constant contact with soil, water and abrasive material. We supply duo cone seals for final drives and travel motors on excavators and dozers, selected by outer diameter, inner diameter and ring height. Duo cone seals are always replaced as a matched pair together with their rubber rings.

^{Oil seals and wiper seals}

Oil seals hold lubricant inside rotating assemblies and keep contamination out. The range covers front and rear crankshaft seals, hub seals, transmission output shaft seals, axle shaft seals, final drive seals and cylinder rod wipers. A correct seal on a worn shaft surface still leaks, so the seating surface should be checked whenever a repeat leak appears on the same assembly.

^{Head gaskets and engine gasket kits}

Gaskets seal joints between surfaces exposed to high pressure and temperature. The range includes head gaskets, exhaust gaskets, beaded gaskets, pre combustion chamber gaskets, spacer plates, gasket material in sheet form and complete engine gasket kits. Gasket kits are supplied for the engines used in Caterpillar, Komatsu, Volvo, JCB, Hidromek, Hitachi, Case and New Holland machines, and for Isuzu engines. Upper and lower gasket kits are used for scheduled repair and full overhaul, where replacing every seal in the assembly at once is the practical choice.

^{O-rings and sealing rings}

O-rings are used in hydraulic, fuel, cooling and transmission circuits. They are supplied inside cylinder seal kits and separately by size and OEM number. Material is selected by the fluid and the working temperature: nitrile for mineral oils and hydraulic fluids, viton for fuel and aggressive media, silicone for static joints with a wide temperature range.

^{Transmission seal rings and face seals}

Transmission seal rings hold pressure in power shift transmissions and clutch control circuits. Metal face seals are used in final drives and other heavily loaded rotating assemblies where a conventional lip seal cannot survive the abrasive environment.
