Quality control of spare parts before dispatch

Warranty on Spare Parts for Heavy Equipment and Trucks

Mahmut Usta Yedek Parca provides a warranty on spare parts for heavy equipment and heavy-duty trucks: engine components, transmission parts, axles, differentials, hydraulic and undercarriage components. The warranty covers both parts of our own production and genuine and aftermarket parts supplied through our network. Every item passes quality control before dispatch. We check dimensional accuracy, material integrity and conformity with the part number. The warranty confirms the absence of material defects, manufacturing faults and structural failures under normal operating conditions.

Warranty Period: 6 to 12 Months

Spare parts for heavy equipment and trucks are covered by a limited warranty of six (6) to twelve (12) months from the invoice date. The exact period depends on the part group and supply terms and is stated on the invoice or quotation. The warranty remains valid provided the part is correctly installed and technical maintenance standards are observed. The warranty period applies to both in-house manufactured components and aftermarket parts supplied through our distribution network.

What the Warranty Covers

The warranty covers manufacturing defects, material defects and structural failures directly related to production quality. This applies to all part groups: engines, transmissions, differentials, axles, final drives, hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic pumps, undercarriage components, bearings, seals and gaskets. Before dispatch, all components undergo quality control to verify dimensional accuracy, material integrity and conformity with technical specifications.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

Damage resulting from incorrect installation, improper operation, external mechanical impact, unauthorised intervention, overloading or operational negligence is not covered by the warranty. Normal wear of consumable items, damage caused by unsuitable operating fluids and consequences of delayed maintenance are also excluded.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please provide the part number, invoice number, machine model and serial number, together with technical documentation, installation data and photographs supporting the reported defect. Returns for inspection are accepted only with prior written authorisation. If the claim is confirmed as valid, Mahmut Usta Yedek Parca will, at its own discretion, either replace the defective part or issue a credit for the invoiced amount.

Limitation of Liability and Jurisdiction

Mahmut Usta Yedek Parca is not liable for indirect losses, removal and reinstallation costs, or possible third-party claims. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kocaeli, Turkey.
