Mahmut Usta Yedek Parca is an industrial company that manufactures and supplies spare parts for heavy equipment and heavy-duty trucks. We operate from an 800 m² production and warehouse facility in Turkey.

We manufacture spare parts for heavy equipment and transmission components for trucks ourselves. Items we do not produce are sourced directly from established manufacturers worldwide. This model allows us to cover a complete request rather than sending the customer elsewhere for the missing items.

^{Company History}

It all started in 1992, in a repair workshop somewhere in the Russian cold. Mahmut Lafcı, the founder of the company, joined the ENKA İnşaat machinery maintenance and repair workshop as a young technician. What he learned in those years was simple but decisive: when a machine stops, what is lost is not one part but the time of an entire site.

The years that followed were spent in the field. On ENKA, Tekfen-Azfen and Yamata projects, in machinery workshops across Russia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Iraq and Libya, he handled maintenance and repair as well as spare parts purchasing and supply. In minus thirty degrees in Siberia and in the desert heat of the Middle East and North Africa, he was looking for the answer to the same question: when will this machine run again?

Everything learned in those years came from the site, not from catalogues. Which component wears out first, which aftermarket part holds up and which one gives in on the first shift. All of it was seen first hand.

Almost thirty years of field experience became a company in 2016. When Mahmut Usta Yedek Parca was founded, the aim was clear: to be not the one who sells a part, but the one who knows which part is needed.

Today we manufacture at our own facilities, source what we do not produce from around the world and ship to 25 countries. The essence of the work has not changed.

^{What We Manufacture}

Our own production covers spare parts for excavators, dozers, loaders and other heavy equipment, as well as transmission, axle and differential components for trucks.

Items not produced in house are sourced directly from manufacturers of genuine, OEM and quality aftermarket parts. Before dispatch, every item is checked against the part number and the application on the customer machine.

In heavy equipment we work with Caterpillar, Komatsu, Volvo, JCB, Liebherr and Hidromek. In engines it is Perkins, Deutz, Mercedes-Benz, MAN, Volvo and Scania. In transmissions and axles, ZF, Carraro, Mercedes-Benz, MAN, Volvo and Scania.

We currently ship spare parts to 25 countries and continue to expand. Our main markets are Russia and the CIS, the Caucasus and Central Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Europe.

Delivery is arranged by air freight, sea freight, road transport or express courier, to your address or to the port. We prepare all export documents.
