Mahmut Usta Yedek Parca supplies rubber components for construction, mining and industrial machines working in heavy duty conditions. Rubber mounts absorb vibration and isolate mechanical stress between the main assemblies of the machine. The range covers engine mounts, transmission mounts, cab mounts, radiator mounts, fan mounts, leaf spring mounts, damper elements, buffers, bumpers, mounting pads and sandwich mounts. Heavy duty anti vibration rubber mounts reduce vibration transfer to the operator station and prevent fatigue cracking in brackets and supports.

^{Bogie and suspension mounts for dozers}

Track type tractors with suspended undercarriage carry the roller frame on bogie assemblies, and the rubber elements inside those bogies take the impact every time the machine crosses uneven ground. We supply bogie mounts, bogie pads, equalizer bar mounts, pivot shaft rubber elements and roller frame cushions for dozers. Worn bogie rubber transfers ground shock straight into the frame and accelerates undercarriage wear, so the elements are replaced as a set on both sides.

^{Cab mounts and operator station isolation}

The cab is isolated from the frame by four to six rubber mounts that carry its full weight and control how much vibration reaches the operator. We supply cab mounts, cab dampers, cab isolators, cab buffers and the sleeves and washers that go with them for excavators, dozers, wheel loaders, motor graders and rock trucks. A collapsed cab mount tilts the cab, loads the door frame and cracks the mounting brackets, so replacement in complete sets is recommended.

^{Rubber couplings and flexible drive elements}

Elastic couplings transfer torque from the engine flywheel to the hydraulic pump while absorbing torsional shock and compensating misalignment. We supply coupling rubber elements, spider elements and complete flexible couplings for excavators, loaders and concrete pumps. A failed coupling element leaves the pump without drive, so it is usually kept in stock as a critical spare.

Rubber track pads protect asphalt, concrete and paved surfaces from steel track damage and reduce noise and vibration during travel. We supply bolt on rubber pads, clip on rubber pads and chain on rubber track shoes for excavators, dozers and track loaders, in the common widths used on 5 to 30 ton machines. Continuous rubber tracks are available for mini excavators, skid steer loaders and compact track loaders. Track pads are ordered by track shoe width, pitch and bolt pattern, so sending the shoe width and the machine model is enough for accurate selection.

^{Vibration mounts for road rollers and asphalt equipment}

Single drum and tandem rollers carry the highest vibration loads in the whole fleet, and their rubber mounts are wear items with a defined replacement interval. We supply drum vibration mounts, buffer mounts and damper elements for compaction rollers, cold planers and asphalt pavers. Worn drum mounts change the compaction pattern and damage the drum bearing, so replacement in complete sets is recommended.

Rigid rock trucks and articulated dump trucks load their rubber components harder than any other machine on site. We supply body pads and body cushions that take the impact of the load, suspension cylinder mounts, axle stop buffers, engine and transmission mounts, cab mounts and hitch rubber elements for off highway trucks. Body pads are replaced as a full set so the load is shared evenly across the frame rails.

Backhoe loaders and wheeled excavators rest their full weight on the stabilizer feet. Rubber and polyurethane outrigger pads, stabilizer foot pads, upper and lower foot blocks, foot nuts and foot bushings protect the surface under the machine and absorb landing shock. These are high wear items on backhoe loaders working on paved sites.

Wear pads and sliding elements protect structural components from abrasion and impact. The range includes stabilizer wear pads, equalizer bar pads, extendable stick wear pads, boom slide plates and slider strips. These parts reduce metal to metal contact, keep movement controlled and are replaced instead of the structure they protect.

Radiator water hoses, radiator air hoses, intercooler hoses and air intake hoses are supplied in the rubber grades required for pressure, temperature cycling and constant vibration. Protective rubber parts include control lever gaiters, bellows, fuel and hydraulic tank caps, brake reservoir cap seals and rubber sheet for custom cutting.
