Mahmut Usta Yedek Parca supplies diesel engine parts for Volvo, Scania, MAN and Mercedes truck engines, and for the Volvo Penta and Scania engines used in marine and power generation installations. These engines run at high load over long service lives, so parts are identified by the engine designation and the OEM part number rather than by the vehicle model.

^{Ordering by part number}

Every component is defined by the engine type and its original number. The fastest way to order is to send the engine designation from the data plate, for example D13, DC13, D2066, D2676, OM457 or OM471, together with the part number. Parts differ between build variants and model years within the same engine series, so the truck model alone is usually not enough. We cross reference part numbers against the engine serial number when the original number is not available.

^{Volvo Penta marine and industrial engine parts}

Volvo Penta engines are used in workboats, fishing vessels, yachts, and in industrial and generator installations. Parts are supplied for the marine D4, D6, D9, D11, D13 and D16 engines and for the TAD and TWD industrial and genset series, including TAD734GE, TAD871VE, TAD1343GE, TAD1641GE and TWD1643GE. The range covers water pumps, impellers, heat exchangers, thermostats, oil and fuel filters, injectors, gasket sets, cylinder heads and complete overhaul components. Parts can be supplied as a consolidated list for a planned survey or an onboard stock.

Parts are supplied for Volvo D9, D11, D12, D13 and D16 engines fitted to FH, FM, FL and FE trucks. The range covers cylinder heads and head components, piston groups, liners, crankshafts, bearings, camshafts, water and oil pumps, turbochargers, injectors and gasket sets. Cylinder heads are available new and remanufactured for the D12 and D13 engines.

Parts are supplied for Scania DC9, DC11, DC12, DC13 and DC16 engines, including the V8 range, used in trucks and in marine and generator installations. Scania fuel systems are built around unit injectors, and this is the group that most often needs attention at high mileage: PDE unit injectors, HPI injectors and XPI common rail injectors are supplied by part number, together with nozzles, sealing rings, copper washers and installation kits. The engine range also covers cylinder blocks, cylinder heads, pistons, liners, crankshafts, bearings, camshafts and camshaft gears, turbochargers, pumps and gasket sets.

Cylinder heads are supplied complete and as individual components: intake and exhaust valves, valve guides, valve seat inserts, valve springs, rocker arms, rocker shafts, valve covers and head bolts. Head gaskets are supplied by part number for the specific engine build. The valve train range covers camshafts, camshaft gears and bushings, tappets and push rods.

Pistons are supplied as complete sets with rings, pins and circlips, with cylinder liners, piston rings, connecting rods, main and rod bearings and small end bushings, selected by repair size and engine variant.
