Undercarriage and Chassis Parts for Dozers, Backhoe Loaders and Graders

Excavator and Dozer Undercarriage Parts
Undercarriage accounts for a large share of total operating cost on tracked machines, and most of that cost is decided by how components are replaced rather than by the parts themselves. We supply track rollers and carrier rollers, idlers, sprockets and segments, track chains and track shoes, track adjusters and recoil springs for excavators, dozers, mini excavators and compact track loaders.
A new sprocket installed on a stretched chain wears out in a fraction of its normal life, because the worn pitch no longer matches the tooth profile. Chains and sprockets should be measured together and replaced as a set. Before ordering, check link pitch, bushing outside diameter and idler flange wear rather than relying on service hours alone.
Dozer and Bulldozer Parts
Dozers work under constant shock loading and frame twist, so pivot and mounting points wear faster than anything else on the machine. Available parts include equalizer bars and center pins, pivot shafts, push arms, trunnions, brackets, guards and wear strips for Caterpillar, Komatsu and Liebherr dozers.
Equalizer bar wear is easy to miss. As the center pin and saddle wear, the track frames stop loading evenly and one side of the undercarriage wears noticeably faster than the other. Replacing pin and bushings costs a fraction of a premature track group replacement, so play should be corrected as soon as it appears.
Backhoe Loader Parts
A backhoe loader is loaded from both ends: loader bucket at the front, excavator boom at the rear. This gives it more heavily worked pin joints than almost any other machine of its size.
The range covers bucket links and loader linkage, boom and dipper brackets, pin and bushing assemblies, stabilizer feet and mounting points, king post components and steering linkage parts for JCB, Caterpillar, Case, New Holland, Terex, Hidromek and Komatsu machines. A worn pin acts like a reamer and opens up the bore in the boss. Once the bore is oval, a standard replacement pin will not hold, and the joint needs line boring and a repair bushing. This is why pins and bushings are always replaced as a matched set rather than one at a time.
Grader Parts
For motor graders we supply circle components and circle drive pinions, moldboard mounting parts and wear inserts, drawbar components, tandem housing parts, pins and bushings, and frame brackets for Caterpillar, Volvo, Komatsu and John Deere machines. The critical wear point on a grader is the circle. When the circle teeth and the wear inserts go, the moldboard jumps under load and the machine can no longer hold a grade. Wear inserts and shims are consumable items and are replaced long before the circle itself needs attention.
Equalizer Bars, Bogies and Suspension Mounts
Bogies, equalizer bars and suspension mounts distribute load across the frame and keep the machine stable on uneven ground. They absorb vibration and reduce the shock loads passed into the frame, drivetrain and hydraulic system. Bogie pins are supplied with case hardened cores and center bushings so that the wear surface stays hard while the core retains enough toughness to survive impact loading.
Bucket Links, Pins and Bushings
Bucket links and pin assemblies carry the working equipment and control its movement. We supply bucket links for excavators and wheel loaders, pin assemblies, slide member pin bushings, and hardened bushings in standard and repair sizes. Parts can be identified by dimensions when the part number is unreadable: outside diameter, inside diameter, length and grease groove arrangement are enough to match most pins and bushings.
Frame Assemblies, Guards and Wear Strips
Frame assemblies, housings, brackets and equipment mounts provide structural rigidity while allowing the controlled flex a machine needs under load. Track guards and belly guards protect the undercarriage and lower frame from impact damage in rock and demolition work. Bronze wear strips and slide plates take abrasion away from structural components and are shimmed to maintain correct clearance as they wear.
Rims and Wheel Components
Rims and rim components for wheel loaders, backhoe loaders and graders are built to carry high loads on rough haul roads. We also supply hubs and mounting hardware. On multi-piece rims, the lock ring groove is the part that fails. Corrosion and deformation in the groove are a safety issue, not a cosmetic one, and a rim with a damaged lock ring seat should be replaced rather than repaired.
Part Identification and Cross Reference
Parts can be matched three ways: by OEM part number, by machine model and serial number, or by physical dimensions. Serial number matters more on chassis parts than on most other groups, because frame and linkage dimensions often change mid-series without a model name change. Cross referencing between original numbers and equivalents is provided free of charge.
