^{Hydraulic Cylinders, Seal Kits and Final Drives for Excavators and Loaders}

^{Hydraulic Cylinder Seal Kits and Rebuild Kits}

The most requested group in this category. We supply seal kits and rebuild kits for boom, arm, bucket, blade, outrigger and steering cylinders on excavators, backhoe loaders and wheel loaders: rod and piston seals, wipers, wear rings, guide bands, O rings and back up rings. Seal kits are available for Caterpillar, Komatsu, Volvo, JCB, Hitachi, Hidromek and Liebherr machines, and also for Doosan, Hyundai, Case and New Holland. A machine model alone is not enough to identify a kit. Three dimensions are needed: bore diameter, rod diameter and stroke. The same model built in different years often carries cylinders with different seal dimensions, and these three measurements take a couple of minutes to read off a stripped cylinder. Before ordering a kit, inspect the rod. If the chrome is scored, pitted or flaking, new seals will leak within weeks because damaged chrome cuts the sealing lip on every stroke. In that case the rod or the complete cylinder is replaced, not the seals.

^{Hydraulic Cylinders}

Boom, arm and bucket cylinders for excavators, lift and tilt cylinders for wheel loaders, loader bucket cylinders, outrigger and stabiliser cylinders, blade lift and tilt cylinders and steering cylinders. Cylinder components are supplied separately: barrels, rods, pistons, cylinder heads, gland nuts and guide bushings. Mini excavator cylinders are a separate group, and the one where original parts most often have an unacceptable lead time.

^{Volvo, Liebherr,Komatsu and Caterpillar Cylinders}

For Volvo machines we supply bucket and arm cylinders for excavators and lift cylinders for L and BL series loaders. For Liebherr, boom lift cylinders for L series wheel loaders including the L544, L550, L554 and L556, together with matching seal kits. For Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi, JCB and Hidromek the full range of hydraulic components is available, not seals alone.

^{Final Drive and Travel Motors}

Final drive motors and travel motors complete with planetary gearbox, swing motors, brake assemblies and seal kits for excavators, mini excavators and compact track loaders. Final drive failures are usually gear failures rather than motor failures, and they give warning first. Metal in the gear oil, a change in tone when tracking, or oil weeping past the duo cone seal are all early signs. Running a final drive low on oil destroys the planetary set long before the hydraulic motor itself is damaged, which is why the gear oil level is checked at the same interval as engine oil. Check both sides when one fails. The opposite final drive has run the same hours under the same load, and replacing one at a time usually means a second machine stoppage in the same season.

^{Hydraulic Pumps and Pump Parts}

Axial piston main pumps, gear pumps, tandem pumps and charge pumps for excavators and loaders. Pump components are supplied separately: piston rotating groups, cylinder blocks, valve plates, swash plates, bearings and seal kits. For a repair shop this is usually far less expensive than replacing a complete pump. If metal particles are found in the filter or the tank, the pump is not the only thing to check. Wear debris circulates through the whole circuit, and after a pump rebuild the contamination still sitting in the motors and control valve comes straight back. Flushing the tank and replacing every filter is part of the job, not an optional extra, or the new pump fails within the season.

^{Quick Couplers}

Hydraulic and mechanical quick couplers for excavators and mini excavators, pin grabber couplers, coupler pins, bushings and seal kits. Coupler wear is a safety issue rather than a performance one. Play between the coupler and the bucket pins increases shock loading on the boom and, at the extreme, allows an attachment to release. Locking mechanisms and wear plates are replaced well before that point.

^{Hoses, Fittings and Couplings}

Hydraulic hose in bulk lengths, hose ends, adapters, couplings and reusable fittings, along with assembled hoses. This is aimed primarily at service companies and workshops that crimp their own assemblies. When selecting hose, working pressure alone is not enough. A two wire braided hose fitted where a four spiral hose belongs may hold the rated working pressure and still fail early, because the load cycle on heavy equipment is impulse driven rather than constant.

Main control valves, valve sections, spools, relief and check valves, cartridge valves and valve seal kits for excavators and loaders.

^{Part Identification}

Parts can be matched by OEM part number, by machine model and serial number, or by dimensions. For a cylinder or a seal kit, bore, rod diameter and stroke are enough. For a hose, inside diameter, length and end fitting type. Cross referencing between original numbers and equivalents is provided free of charge.

^{Operating Conditions}

Hydraulic components run at high pressure under impulse loading, vibration, dust and temperature variation. Service life is decided first by fluid cleanliness: abrasive contamination wears precision surfaces faster than load ever does.
