Truck gearbox, differential and axle components including bearings and repair kits

TRUCK TRANSMISSION, DIFFERENTIAL AND AXLE PARTS FOR VOLVO, SCANIA, MAN, MERCEDES

Transmission, differential and axle parts for Mercedes, MAN, Volvo and Scania vehicles are engineered to meet the demands of heavy duty transport operations. These drivetrain systems transfer engine power to the wheels while maintaining stability, durability and driving comfort under continuous load conditions found in commercial trucking and construction transport. Reliable drivetrain components also help reduce total cost of ownership over long service intervals.

Ordering by unit number

Every part is defined by the unit type and its original number. Gearboxes and axle carriers carry their own plates with a model designation and serial number, for example GRS900, GR875, G211, AT2612, or a Scania 832 or 835 carrier. For a crown wheel and pinion set the ratio is also needed, for example 3.87 or 4.21, or the tooth count in the form 26/19. These details are enough for accurate selection.

Transmission and gear systems

Transmission systems consist of gear sets, input shafts, main shafts, countershafts, reverse gears, synchronizers, synchronizer rings, blocker rings, sliding sleeves, hubs and selector components. Shift mechanism parts include shift forks, shift rails, cable and linkage assemblies, valve control blocks, air cylinders and repair kits. High precision transmission gears ensure smooth gear shifting, reliable torque transfer and reduced wear during intensive operation.

Automated transmission components

Parts are supplied for automated truck gearboxes including Volvo I-Shift, Mercedes PowerShift and Scania Opticruise, covering clutch actuators, gear selector components, sensors, solenoids and control unit parts. Clutch actuator failure is one of the most common reasons an automated gearbox is taken out of service, so these parts are treated as critical spares.

Differential and axle components

Differential and axle components distribute torque between wheels while compensating for speed differences during cornering. This group includes crown wheel and pinion sets, bevel gears, differential carriers and carrier assemblies, differential cases, differential spiders, side gears, planet gear sets, sun gears, differential locks, axle shafts, splined axle shafts, rear axle differentials and wheel hub assemblies. Robust construction supports high load capacity, shock resistance and long term durability.

Through drive and tandem axle components

Tractor units with two driven axles use a through drive carrier that passes torque from the first axle to the second. This carrier runs under the highest load in the drivetrain. Crown wheel and pinion sets, bevel gears, bearings, shims and complete carrier assemblies are supplied for through drive and tandem axle applications by carrier number and ratio.

Drive shafts and driveline systems

Drive shafts, also known as propeller shafts on European trucks, transmit power from the transmission to the differential. This category includes drive shafts, universal joints, splined shaft pairs, centre bearings and support brackets, output flanges and balancing components. Proper driveline alignment and high quality joints minimise vibration, reduce noise and ensure smooth power delivery at various vehicle speeds.

Planetary drives and supporting components

Planetary drive systems are used to increase torque and reduce load on main drivetrain components. This category includes planetary gear systems, planet carriers, planetary housings, wheel drive assemblies, thrust washers, bearings, bushings, pins, sealing rings, oil seals, repair kits, housings, covers, gaskets and auxiliary unit components. Regular maintenance of these parts ensures drivetrain reliability.

Bearings, seals and repair kits

Transmission, carrier and wheel hub bearings, shaft seals, pinion seals, axle shaft seals, O-rings, housing gaskets and thrust washers are supplied individually and as complete kits. Gearbox and axle overhaul kits are assembled from the unit designation on the plate.

Brands we cover

Parts are supplied for Volvo FH, FM, FL and FE, Scania 4, R, G and P series, MAN TGA, TGS, TGX, TGL and TGM, and Mercedes Actros, Axor, Atego and Arocs trucks. ZF gearbox parts are selected separately by the gearbox designation.

Application areas

These transmission, differential and axle components are widely used in long haul transport trucks, construction and excavation dump trucks, heavy duty hauling vehicles and commercial trucks operating under high load and demanding road conditions.
