We work under EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP and DDP.
EXW: collection from our warehouse in Kocaeli, Turkey
FOB: delivery to the port of departure
CIF: freight and insurance to the destination port
DAP: delivery to the given address, customs clearance on the buyer

Air, sea and road transport are arranged according to cargo weight, how sensitive the parts are, the destination country and the delivery deadline.
Spare Parts Lead Times
Air freight: 2-7 days
Road to Russia: 9-13 days
Road to Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan: 15-22 days
Sea freight: 30-40 days
The clock starts once payment is received. We confirm the exact lead time and freight cost together with the parts price, in one reply.
Global Coverage
Our logistics network covers Europe, Central Asia, the Middle East, Africa, North and South America. We ship spare parts regularly to Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Brazil, Canada, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates.
Door Delivery by Region
Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan: delivered to the recipient address
African countries: delivered to the recipient address
Libya, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE: to the address or to the customs point, whichever you prefer
Europe: small consignments go door to door via TNT and DHL, heavy freight to the customs point
If you work with your own forwarder or broker, we ship the parts to them and follow the consignment until handover. Every shipment comes with a tracking number. Goods in transit are the carrier responsibility.
Ordering and Payment
There is no minimum order, we supply both wholesale and retail. A single spare part is fine.
Payment: bank transfer, SWIFT, Korona Pay, Western Union. Export documents, invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, ATR and EUR.1, are prepared by us.
We match parts by part number and machine serial number to rule out errors. If a part does not fit through our fault, we refund it.

Reinforced Export Packaging for Spare Parts
We use reinforced export packaging built for engines, gearboxes, differentials and transmission parts for construction machinery and heavy trucks. Oversized and heavy spare parts are secured in industrial wooden crates rated for container stacking pressure, vibration loads, environmental exposure and long multimodal transport stress.
Stabilisation and Damage Protection
Forklift compatible pallet bases keep the load balanced during handling and transport. Sensitive transmission parts are protected with cushioning materials, internal bracing and moisture barriers. Every package is inspected before dispatch, so all parts arrive ready for use or storage.
Heat Treatment and ISPM 15 Marking
All wooden crates are heat treated and carry the ISPM 15 mark, a mandatory requirement for entry into Russia, the EU and most markets. Crates are built around the specific part: for sensitive transmission and hydraulic components we order reinforced construction with additional bracing.
