^{Operator Seats}

The most requested group in this section. We supply mechanical and air suspension operator seats, seat cushions, seat covers, armrests, slide rails, seat belts and mounting hardware. Seats are available for excavators, mini excavators, backhoe loaders, wheel loaders, dozers and skid steers, including Caterpillar, Komatsu, Volvo, JCB, Hitachi, Hidromek, Case, New Holland and Terex machines. Air suspension seats reduce whole body vibration over a shift, but they depend on a working compressor and a sealed air line. If a seat settles under load, the fault is usually a leak in the air circuit rather than the cushion itself, and a seal kit solves it at a fraction of the cost of a new seat. Seat mounting patterns vary between machine generations even within the same model. Before ordering, check the bolt pattern and the rail spacing on the existing base.

^{24 Volt LED Work Lights}

LED work lights, flood and spot lamps, headlights, beacons, strobes and rear facing lamps, along with mounting brackets, guards and wiring harnesses. Voltage is the first thing to confirm. Heavy equipment runs on a 24 volt system, while pickups and light trucks run on 12 volt. A 12 volt lamp wired into a 24 volt circuit fails immediately, so the voltage is listed for every item. Many models are built in a 9 to 32 volt universal version that suits both systems.

Beam pattern is the second. A spot beam throws light to distance and is used to light the bucket or blade working area. A flood beam covers the near zone around the machine and suits loading areas, sides and dump points. Most machines run both: spots forward, floods to the sides. Housing shape and mounting are the third. Square and round lamps are not interchangeable on the same bracket, so it helps to send the housing dimensions and mounting type along with the machine model.

^{Joysticks and Controls}

Joysticks and control handles, joystick repair kits, boots and dust covers, pilot control valves, gear levers, pedals and control cables. Joystick boots and repair kits are replaced far more often than complete joysticks, and they are supplied as separate items. A torn boot lets dust into the pilot valve, and contamination there is what turns a cheap repair into a valve replacement. On backhoe loaders, control cables stretch gradually. The first sign is increased free play at the lever. Adjustment helps up to a point, but once the cable outer has lost its shape the precision does not come back and the cable is replaced.

^{Cab Glass}

Windshields, door glass, side and rear glass and roof glass for excavators, backhoe loaders and wheel loaders, along with glazing rubbers, adhesive and protective screens for quarry and demolition work. Glass is matched by machine model, year and cab type, because the same model built in different years often carries different glazing geometry. Where no original number is available, edge dimensions, thickness and the radius of any curved sections are enough to identify it.
