Starter Motors, Alternators and Fuel Shutoff Solenoids for Heavy Equipment

Mahmut Usta Yedek Parça supplies electrical system spare parts for wheel loaders, excavators, dozers and other construction, mining and industrial machines operating in heavy-duty environments. Electrical systems handle engine starting, power generation, machine control, operating condition monitoring and safety functions.

Fuel shutoff solenoids

The fuel shutoff solenoid is one of the most frequently replaced electrical components on diesel machinery. When it fails, the engine either will not start or will not shut down, which puts the machine out of service immediately.

We supply fuel shutoff solenoids, fuel cut off solenoids, anti-dieseling solenoids and fuel pump solenoids in 12V and 24V for Caterpillar, Komatsu, Volvo, JCB, Deutz, Perkins and Cummins engines. Both energised-to-run and energised-to-stop types are available, so please state the engine model and the original part number when requesting a quote.

Starter motors

The starter motor is a common cause of no-start conditions on heavy equipment. We supply complete starter motors, drives, solenoids, brushes and armatures for wheel loaders, forklifts, skid steers, excavators and backhoe loaders. Parts are matched by original number, for example 143-0539 for Caterpillar 422E, 428E, 432E and 444E, or 320/09035 for JCB 3CX with the Dieselmax engine. Starter motors are available for Caterpillar C7, C15 and 3406 engines, as well as Cummins and Deutz applications. Vane air starting motors are supplied for large engines where electric starting is not practical.

Alternators

The alternator keeps the battery charged and supplies stable power to every system on the machine. We supply complete alternators, voltage regulators, rectifier bridges, brush assemblies, pulleys and drive belts. Parts are matched by machine model and original number: Caterpillar 420D and 428D take 105-2813 and 0R-9274, Volvo EC210C, EC240B and EC290B excavators take VOE17204355, and Hitachi Zaxis 600LC, 650H and 850H take 4489830 and 4658522.

Sensors and gauges

Oil pressure sensors, coolant temperature sensors, speed sensors, fuel level senders, hour meter kits and gauges provide continuous monitoring of machine operating conditions. A failed sensor often triggers false fault codes and takes a machine out of service even though the component it monitors is working correctly. Sensors are matched strictly by part number, since the same series can use sensors with different ranges and connector types.

Relays, switches and solenoids

Our range includes electrical relays, magnetic switches, ignition switches, circuit breakers, fuses, linear actuators, governor motors and hydraulic control solenoids for Caterpillar, Komatsu, Volvo, JCB and Hitachi machines.

Cable harnesses, terminals and connectors

Corrosion around electrical terminals is the single most common cause of electrical faults on construction machinery, and it usually shows up as an intermittent problem rather than a clean failure. We supply cable harnesses, electrical terminals, connector kits, fuses and circuit breakers built for heavy-duty and off-highway service.

Glow plugs and spark plugs

Glow plugs ensure reliable diesel starting in cold conditions, which matters for machines working in northern regions and at altitude. We supply 12V and 24V glow plugs, spark plugs and glow control units.

Alarms, horns and warning lights

Back-up alarms, horns, beacons, warning lights and signal lamps are supplied for construction and mining equipment, all rated for the 24V systems standard on heavy machinery.

Air conditioning and compressor components

Air conditioning compressors, including units for Komatsu machines, air compressors, fan motors and climate control relays.

Part number lookup

Electrical parts can be identified by machine model, by serial number or by original part number. We work with Caterpillar, Komatsu, Volvo, JCB, Hidromek, Liebherr, Doosan, Hitachi, John Deere and Case equipment.

Electrical specification can change between production years within the same series, so fitment is confirmed before shipment. Cross reference between OEM numbers and equivalents is provided free of charge.

Operating conditions

Electrical components on heavy equipment work under constant vibration, dust, moisture and extreme temperatures. All parts are built for 24V systems and raised dust and water ingress protection, which keeps machines running and reduces unplanned downtime.

Application areas

Electrical components are used in wheel loaders, track loaders, forklifts, skid steer loaders, excavators, backhoe loaders, dozers, motor graders, articulated dump trucks, rigid haul trucks, hydraulic mining excavators, underground mining machines, forestry equipment and drilling rigs.
