Every component is defined by the engine type and its original number. The fastest way to order is to send the full engine designation from the data plate, for example 1104C-44TA, 1103A-33T, 404D-22 or 1006-6T, together with the part number. A series number alone is often not enough, because parts differ between cylinder counts and build variants within the same series. We cross reference part numbers against the engine serial number and the machine model when the original number is not available.

^{Perkins 1104C series parts}

The 1104C series is the most common Perkins engine in the construction fleet. Parts are supplied for the 1104C-44, 1104C-44T, 1104C-44TA and 1104D-44TA variants fitted to backhoe loaders and telehandlers, covering cylinder heads, piston groups, liners, bearings, gasket sets, water and oil pumps, turbochargers and injection equipment.

Parts are supplied for the Perkins 400 series (403, 404, 404D-22), 1100 series (1103A-33T, 1104C, 1104D, 1106C-E60TA), 1000 series (1004, 1006-6T, 1006TG2A), 1300 series (1306C-E87TAG3), 3000 series (3056E), 800 series (804C-T), and for the earlier 4.203, 4.236, 4.248 and 4108 engines.

Cylinder heads are supplied complete and as individual components: intake and exhaust valves, valve guides, valve seat inserts, valve springs, rocker arms, rocker shafts and valve covers. Head gaskets are supplied by part number for the specific engine build. The valve train range also covers camshafts, camshaft bearings, tappets, roller tappets and push rods.

Pistons are supplied as complete sets with rings, pins and circlips. The range includes cylinder liners, piston rings, connecting rods, main and rod bearings and small end bushings, selected by repair size and engine variant.

Crankshafts are supplied in standard and repair sizes, with main bearings, rod bearings, thrust washers and crankshaft seals.

Injection pumps, lift pumps, injectors, nozzles, stop solenoids, sensors and injection control components are supplied by part number. Injection equipment is one of the most model specific groups on a Perkins engine, so the engine serial number is confirmed before supply.
