Mahmut Usta Yedek Parca supplies Deutz engine parts for diesel engines working in construction, mining and industrial equipment. Deutz engines are fitted to excavators, loaders, road building machines, port equipment and generator sets, so parts are identified by the engine model and the OEM part number rather than by the machine the engine sits in.

^{Ordering by part number}

Every component is defined by the engine type and its original number. The fastest way to order is to send the full engine designation from the data plate, for example BF4M1013FC, F3L2011, TCD 2012 L04 or BF6M2012C, together with the part number. A series number on its own is often not enough, because parts differ between cylinder counts and variants within the same series. We cross reference part numbers against the machine model and the engine serial number when the original number is not available.

Parts are supplied for Deutz diesel engines in the 1011 and 2011, 1013 and 2013, 2012, 912 and 913, 914 and 1015 series, including the F3L, F4L, BF4M, BF6M, BF8M and TCD variants, in air cooled, oil cooled and water cooled configurations.

^{Cylinder heads and valve train}

Cylinder heads are supplied complete and as individual components: intake and exhaust valves, valve guides, valve seat inserts, valve springs, rocker arms, rocker shafts and valve covers. The valve train range also covers camshafts, camshaft bushings, tappets, roller tappets and push rods. Heads are available new and remanufactured.

Pistons are supplied as complete sets with rings, pins and circlips. The range includes cylinder liners, piston rings, connecting rods, main and rod bearings and small end bushings. The piston group is selected by the repair size and the engine variant.

^{Crankshafts and bearings}

Crankshafts are supplied in standard and repair sizes, together with main bearings, rod bearings, thrust washers and crankshaft seals.

^{Lubrication and cooling}

The range covers oil pumps, piston cooling jets, oil coolers, heat exchangers, water pumps, thermostats and cooling fans. Deutz engines are built in air cooled, oil cooled and water cooled versions, so the cooling type is always confirmed before a part is supplied.

^{Fuel injection}

Injection pumps, lift pumps, injectors, nozzles, stop solenoids, sensors and injection control components are supplied by part number against the engine model.

^{Gaskets and repair kits}

Head gaskets, exhaust manifold gaskets, sump gaskets, valve cover gaskets, sealing rings, crankshaft seals and upper and lower gasket sets are supplied for scheduled service and full engine overhaul.

Starters, alternators, turbochargers, tensioner pulleys, engine mounts and air, fuel and oil filters are supplied as individual line items by part number.
