The hydraulic oil cooler is one of the most overlooked causes of overheating on construction machinery. When hydraulic oil temperature rises, pump efficiency drops, seals fail earlier and cycle times get slower, long before the engine itself shows any warning. We supply hydraulic oil coolers, air cooled oil coolers, transmission oil coolers, engine oil coolers and heat exchangers for excavators, wheel loaders, mini excavators and skid steers. Cooler cores and full assemblies are both available, matched by OEM part number and machine model.

We supply complete water pumps, impellers, mechanical seals for water pumps, thermostats and thermostat housings. Parts are matched by original number, for example 6735-61-1102 for JCB excavators or the equivalent Komatsu and Caterpillar references.
